With the addition of COVID as well as the many viruses that children share and catch at day care, school or just playing around, we kindly ask that should ANY member of the household come down with cold/flu like symptoms, fevers or contagious skin conditions, that you call The Sleep Cottage to reschedule the sleep study, as we do not want to impact the findings with symptoms / behaviours that are not normal for your child's sleep.
Please be aware a cancellation fee of $650 applies when less than 72 hours notice is given or failure to arrive.
Both child (patient) and adult staying overnight MUST complete a Rapid Antigen Covid test first thing on the morning of the study, BEFORE leaving the house for the day. Please take a photo of results to show night staff upon your arrival.
At the time of booking you will have provided your credit card details for security. Please ensure the full fee amount is available for our admin to process payment and your phone handy as staff will contact you the morning of the sleep study to confirm details.
Staff will then process the Medicare claim on your behalf.
